At PIPE AND ROW, we want you to love your curated finds, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that all sale items, intimates, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Email our team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and invoice slips are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Seattle brick-and-mortar location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
